Aloe vera is one of the most valuable plants in the world. In fact, it is a pharmacy. In an aloe vera plant, it has thick, broad leaves that gradually become narrow and look like a cactus. It is also called medicinal and plant queen. It is native to hot and dry regions and grows in the southern provinces of Iran, especially Bushehr and Hormozgan.

At present, this plant is offered in food industries including: compote, soft drinks, doug in cosmetics industry in the form of creams, lotions, shampoos, soaps and in the pharmaceutical industries in the form of capsules and effervescent tablets.

Direct use of  Aloe Vera plant gel

The leaves of the plant can be cut off. A colorless gel appears in the cut area, which can be used to treat sunburn, moisturize the skin and soften eczema under the eyes. The gel changes color over time when exposed to air and turns reddish-black. Aloe in Arabic means sharp and bitter and this plant reduces the side effects of the drug and increases the body's immune system and prevents the accumulation of toxins in the body. It also relieves pain and the resulting gel prevents the production of infection.

Of the 240 species of aloe vera, of course, only 4 have nutritional value. The gel of this plant contains vitamins: A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C, E, folic acid and niacin.
Its oral gel contains more than 75 nutrients and 20 types of minerals (calcium, sodium, iron, potassium, manganese, copper and zinc ...) and 18 types of amino acids and 12 types of vitamins, and it is the only plant that has amino acids. Makes the body similar and essential acids.
